This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with a design of such as 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'Hagi'(bush clover), 'Tachibana' (Japanese green citrus) and 'Ume' (plum blossom) on 'higaki' (cypress fence), which is embroidered.
The background with Drawn work(one of the technique of removing thread partly to make a ground textile seen through) and brilliant gold foil threads are gorgeous.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has wrinkles on the fabulous of tare end.
They will appear and be bothering when tied.
The snag on otaiko(square bow) is not noticeable when tied.
It has some other flaws such as relatively prominent folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Although it has some flaws, it's still wearable enough with very good condition.
