This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with willow, 'botan' (peony) and 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) on 'shikishi'(square paper) pattern, which is woven.
Gold foil threads woven in the pattern are elegantly shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Molds of Maegara( front patterned part) seem not to be prominent when tied.
(When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), they can be hidden.)
Please check detail photos.
However, we hope you enjoy tying it!
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
