This is a chirimen Nagoya obi
with abstract 'Tsubaki'(camellia) and 'Ume'(Plum blossoms) design, which is dyed.
Main parts are embroidered.
Textile is 'chirimen'(crepe) silk and has soft touch.
The real base color is more reddish than photos.
Although not shown on the figure and the photo, the lining is seen slightly because the right corner of the Tare end was frayed. (It is hardly noticeable.)
The mold on the 'Maegara'(front patterned part) is slight and not noticeable when tied.
