This is an glamorous Nagoya obi
with flower basket motifs of such as 'botan'(peony) and 'Ume' (plum blossom) on 'higaki' (cypress fence), which are gracefully woven.
With the woven-in gold foiled threads, motifs gently twinkle.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It has relatively prominent discoloration lower otaiko(square bow), but it will be hidden if tied neatly.
It has tiny stains on the tare corners and lower otaiko(square bow).
It has snags on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) and prominent folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Though not indicated, it also has relatively prominent discoloration on the plain part on 'Maegara' (front patterned part), and it will appear when tied.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), it will be hidden.
Though it has some flaws, it could be worn if these minor flaws do not bother you.
Please enjoy this graceful design elegantly.
*Though the photo shows uneven color dyes by the angle of light, actual background color is one color.
