This is a graceful Fukuro obi
with royal cart and 'shou-chiku-bai' (auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) on 'michinaga-dori'(wavy line) pattern, which are woven.
Gold foil threads woven on the pattern are gorgeously shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Its length is rather short. 13'8"(418cm)
Discoloration and patinas can be seen overall, although it's not mentioned on the sheet and picture. (However, they are slight and not so prominent.
Stain on Otaiko can be hidden, if tied neatly.
Also, there are folding lines.
