This is a Meisen
Kimono with retro 'yabane' (arrow feather) Kasuri
in Tatewaku (waving line) pattern, which is woven.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
Collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
There are stains along the bottom hem. (C)
Uneven spots of weaving are on bodice panels. (D)
Loosen stitches are on back of the left sleeve.
It has some other flaws as shown on photos.
