This is a Irotomesode
kimono with graceful noble books with Michinaga-dori ( shape of segments of Washi papers ) pattern, which is dyed.
Foils and gold glazing is added in places of the pattern, and they shine gracefully.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
There is one embroidered kamon(family crest), and signature of the dyer is stamped on right front panel.
It is slightly discolored throughout. (B)
It has some other flaws, such as wear on collar and slight discoloration on lining, as shown on photos.
