This is a summer Sha Nagoya obi
with 'Nadeshiko'(dianthus) and 'azami'(thistle) design, which is woven on the pale pink background.
Gold foil threads woven on the design shine brilliantly.
Textile is relatively transparent silk and has soft touch.
'Maegara' (front patterned part) changes depending on the way of wrapping.
It has some tiny stains on the tare and both edges of 'Maegara' (front patterned part).
The stain on upper otaiko(square bow) will appear when tied.
It has smudges throughout the edges and tare end.
Tesaki end and the wrong side of otaiko(square bow) have thick feeling in places, uneven spots of weaving seem to be inside.(B)
It has relatively prominent folding lines through out.
Please check detail photos and a figure.
Please enjoy its attractive summer fashion with this charming piece!
*Though the photo shows uneven color dyes by the angle of light, actual background color is one color.
