This is a vibrant colored Tsume-Tsuzure Fukuro obi
with a design of vibrant crane circle , which is woven on the pale colored background.
Gold foil threads woven in the pattern shine elegantly.
Textile is exquisite silk and has smooth touch.
It also has "HATSURIKOU" (small gap in the boundaries of colors), which is the distinctive feature of Tsume tsuzure
The wrong side fabric is longer for 3.15in(8cm) and coming out.
One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed.
It has large stains below the otaiko(square bow) and on the plain part of Te.(It seems to be dyestuff.)
it has tiny stains on 'Maegara' (front patterned part).
It has a few snags, and the both edges and lining are slightly discolored .
The stitches on the tesaki corner are a little coming loose.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
It seems to be not suitable to wear at formal occasions even if tailored.
Enjoy its graceful design.
*Though the photo shows uneven color dyes by the angle of light, actual background color is one color.
