This is a Komon
Kimono with traditional motifs , such as 'kikko'(tortoise shell) and 'shippou-tsunagi' (interlocking circles) as well as boats and housings in 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) , which is dyed in detail.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
It has basting stitches, and it maybe after being cleaned.
Smudge on linings for both cuffs are prominent. (A)
Smudge along the bottom and a stain on Hakkake 'lower lining' are not disturbing. (B)

There are three stains, 0.5cm(0.19in) to 1.5cm(0.58in) diameter, on left front panel at about 22cm(8.58in) to 26cm(10.14in) from the shoulder line, which may be noticed.
If you do not mind the flaws mentioned, it can continue to be worn.
