This is a vintage Furisode
with luxurious flower cart and bold 'Kicho'( partition used by noble people in ancient days) pattern, which is dyed elaborately.
Large fans, 'shou-chiku-bai'( pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) , and treasures are also eye-catching.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
Gold touch with fine embroidery work are added on parts of the pattern.
It has five kamon(family crest) dyed out.
Bottom is lightly padded.
Embroidery on left front panel are broadly loosen.
I also has patinas, discoloration and dyestuff stains as shown on photos due to its old age.
Wear on collar, smudges, and discoloration on Hakkake 'lower lining' are rather light.
Please see photos for details.
*It also has slight musty smell.
Lining of collar is coming apart and torn in places. (sorry no photos)
Due to its old age, it has some flaws as shown on photos, but it is a very charming vintage piece to own!
