This is a vintage Meisen
Kimono with appealing bold lily pattern, which is woven against refreshing light blue base color.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
Collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
Doura 'upper lining' is cotton.
It has basting stitches, and it maybe after being cleaned.
It is prominently discolored throughout, caused by patinas. (B) (patinas are not mentioned in drawing image)
Sleeves seams and the back seam are prominently discolored, described as smudges. (A)
Streaky smudge (C) on left front panel is also noticeable.
It has some other flaws, such as prominent patinas (E) on Doura 'upper lining' and patinas (E), as shown on photos.
Please see photos for details.
Due to its old age, it has some flaws, but it is a very charming for its eye-catching vintage design.
