This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with 'Botan'(peony) and 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) on hazy mist design, which is woven.
'Raden'(design in mother-of-pearl inlay) foils are added on otaiko(square bow) and 'Maegara' (front patterned part).
It shines fascinatingly by the angle of light.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The uneven spot of weaving on otaiko(square bow) will be hidden when tied.(A)
The one on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) will not so bothering when tied.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), it will be hidden.
The dyestuff on the wrong side of 'Maegara' (front patterned part) is tiny and not noticeable.
