This is a Kurotomesode
Kimono with designs of jigami'(fan shape) and 'tabane-noshi' (tied gift wrapping paper), which are dyed.
'Shou-chiku-bai' (auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom), 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'botan' (peony), bamboo blind and 'seigaiha'(wave) are dyed on designs.
Its all designs are dyed with glittering colorful foils.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Hiyoku (additional layer) is attached.
There is a signature of Mitsumasa Wada, who is a famous gold glazing Yuzen
dyer on right front panel.
It has rather prominent whitish stains on right back sleeve. (C)
There are other flaws such as rather slight wear. (A)
Please check detail photos.
Also, Hiyoku is slightly discolored, although it's not mentioned on the sheet and picture.
If these small flaws mentioned do not bother you, it still may be worn!
