This is a Houmongi
Kimono with a design of 'Shou-chiku-bai'(auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) and 'Marumon'(circle) on kazura-obi(decorative ribbon used by Noh), which is dyed on the gray 'tataki-zome'(dyed it smashed into the ground) background.
Main parts of the left front panel are embroidered.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and comfortable touch.
Basting stitches remain and it seems to be just after cleaning.
Though not disturbing for wearing, quite slight discoloration can be seen on the Hakkake (lower part of lining). (*not shown on the figure and the photo)
There is not other prominent flaw.
