This is a chic Tsumugi Fukuro obi
with such as 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'Tsubaki'(camellia) and 'Fuji'(wisteria) on 'Hishi'(diamond shape) design, which is dyed and embroidered.
Drawn work(one of the technique of removing thread partly to make a ground textile seen through) can be seen on the design.
Textile is exquisite Tsumugi
silk and has nubby and soft touch with rusty atmosphere.
It has smudges on both edges, and discoloration can be seen overall.
Especially discoloration around the Otaiko(square bow) is noticeable.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
If you don't mind discoloration, it is still in very good condition to wear.
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
