This is a Houmongi
Kimono with a design of 'Shou-chiku-bai'(auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom), 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) and ferryboats on stream, which is dyed.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar).
The 'kinkoma'(golden outlining embroidery work) is applied on the main parts of the design.
It has an embroidered kamon(family crest).
Basting stitches remain and it seems to be just after cleaning.
There is not prominent flaw and it is in excellent condition.
