This is a mourning Nagoya obi
with a white lotus motif, which is dyed.
The white motif emerges out glamorously against the deep blue background.
Gold glazing is added on the motif.
Textile is shioze silk, and it has soft and smooth touch.
It has a small dyestuff on Otaiko, but it seems not to be so prominent.
Also, there is a small stain on one side of Maegara( front patterned part). (When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), it can be hidden.)
Please check detail photos.
It has a sense of use, but we hope you enjoy tying this piece!
