This is a graceful Fukuro obi
with flowers such as 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum), "Sakura"(cherry blossom) and bamboo leaves on 'Tagasode'(design of kimono or sleeves) pattern, which is woven.
The woven gold and silver foiled threads elegantly shine.
Textile is exquisite soft silk.
The smudges on the both sides are faint, and not that noticeable when you tie it.
There are frays throughout.
There is a stain on 'maegara' (front patterned part).
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right (Rotate obi clockwise), the other maegara will appear.
There are some other flaws such as folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
Although it has some sense of use, it is an elegant obi which we would like you to enjoy wearing.
