This is a vintage Maru obi
with 'Kusudama'(flowers ball) with 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'Tachibana' (Japanese green citrus) and grape pattern, which is woven.
Its vibrant and large pattern is eye-catching.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The length is rather short.155.91in(396cm)
Although not shown on the photo and the sheet, the stitches of the edge are coming loose in places.
It seems like the original owner of this obi enjoyed many fancy bow.
So that there are folding lines and wrinkles through out.(refer to the 5th flaws photo)
It has a few large stains on the tare end.

It has some other flaws such as missing woven threads on the edge by frays.

Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable as the fabric is getting weak.
