This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with a design of Tsujigahana, which is dyed with Shibori technique.
The Indian ink painting like line drawing, three dimensional shibori(tie-dye) technique make this piece luxury.
There are elegantly shine golden glaze on the background.
Textile is exquisite soft silk.
There are discoloration and patinas on the wrong side.
The one on the wrong side of 'otaiko'(square bow) is noticeable which will be hidden when you tie it.
There are some other flaws such as folding lines (See the 6th photo of flaw photos.), peeled golden glaze along the folding line, small uneven lines of weaving (See the 3rd photo of flaw photos.).
