This is an Antique Irotomesode
Kimono from Meiji Period(1868-1912).
It has a design of 'Botan'(peony) and lovely sparrow, which is dyed and embroidered.
The three-dimensional and finely embroidered motifs are eye-catchy.
Textile is fine Edo-chirimen silk, and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar).
The sleeve length is long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
The bottom is thickly padded.
Although not shown on the figure, it has reddish stains overall.
The color of the lining seems to have been reflected to the outside. (refer to such as the 5th flaw photo)
It has some other flaws such as stains on the left front panel (D) and a tear on the back bodice (G).
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
It must be an amazing handicraft material.
