This is a Fukuro obi
with 'ume' (plum blossom), 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), flower raft and 'kikko'(tortoise shell) in sideways lines pattern, which is woven.
Sparkling foil threads used in the pattern makes this obi suitable for a formal usage.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
Belt part was not folded at exactly at the middle, so if you fold to tie a Kansai style folding line will show.
It has some other flaws as shown on photos.
