This is a vintage summer Furisode
Kimono with dyed 'botan' (peony), 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and morning glory on shibori cloud pattern.
The vibrant design on the pale base color draws people's attention.
Textile is transparent Koma-Ro (fine Ro) jinken(rayon) and has soft touch.
The collar is bachi-eri(folded collar) and sleeve length is long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
There is not 'Ishikiate'(square piece of reinforcement cloth).
It has noticeable stains (C) on left chest part.
Rather prominent patinas and discoloration can be seen on pale color parts by ages. (D)
Stains are spreading on bodice of back bodice, although they are rather slight. (*It doesn't have flaw photo.)
There are a couple of other flaws.
Please check detail photos.
It has flaws overall, but we hope you enjoy its retro design of vintage!
