This is a muso vintage Michiyuki
coat with jigami(paper cut of shape of fan) design, which is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
Fine embroidery work is added on main parts.
Textile is silk and has soft touch, and the sleeve length is long.
'Muso' means 'outsite and inside are made of a serise of a fabric'. Adding pattern in the inside part is more fiddly than normal haori, so 'muso' haori is more valuable and expensive than usual haori.
Discoloration and patinas can be seen overall, and stains and smudges are prominent.
Also it has a small hole on top of left shoulder, so please check detail photos.
*It has slight mold smell.
Though it has flaws because of its old age, we would like you to enjoy this graceful design of vintage!
