This is a 'Kushiori' (comb weaving) Fukuro obi
with gradational horizontal stripe pattern, which is woven.
Its hue has chic atmosphere.
Textile is Tsumugi
silk and has textured touch. (It is not so nubby.)
Right side is transparent, but wrong side is not transparent.
Background threads are twisted on some parts, but they seem not to be so bothering. (*It is indicated as fray A on the figure.)
However, frays of Tare end are rather prominent.
Also, it has folding lines.
