This is a graceful Fukuro obi
with serene white birch design, which is dyed with Koro-zen technique.
Over and between the birches, you can see the water surface with shadows of mountains in behind.
'Koro-zen' was the best dyeing permitted only the Emperor from ancient times, and the color was used for only a formal dress of the Emperor as a color to symbolize divine solar light in yellowish-brown.
Silver threads woven in the background shine gracefully.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It has no folding lines and seems to be untied.
It has no prominent flaws, and it is in excellent condition.
Enjoy its graceful piece.
