This is a tasteful Fukuro obi
with five-storied pagoda and 'shidare-zakura' (weeping cherry blossom) design, which is dyed.
Silver foil threads woven in weft yarn are gracefully shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and smooth touch.
Stains on the 'Maegara'(front patterned part) will show when tied.
However, if you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), they can be hidden.
Although not shown on the figure, some stains can be seen on upper Tare.
It has discoloration overall but it is slight, so not noticeable.
It has other flaws such as folding lines and smudges along the lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Though it has sense of use, it's still wearable enough with very good condition.
Please enjoy its graceful fashion!
