This is a Fukuro obi
with classical phoenix
in Michinaga-dori ( shape of segments of Washi papers ) and flower 'Marumon' (circle) of 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'ume' (plum blossom), which is woven.
Sparkling gold threads used makes this obi suitable for a formal usage.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
It has some flaws , such as folding lines, as shown on photos, but overall it is in very good condition.
