This is a exceptionally high-ranked Ushikubi Tsumugi
Technique of Ushikubi Tsumugi
is intangible cultural asset of Ishikawa prefecture.
Graceful ombre dyed is designed on hem.
Textile is rather nubby touch but soft silk, and has elegant gloss.
The collar is bachi-eri(folded collar) and it is hitoe(not lined).
There is no 'Ishikiate'(square piece of reinforcement cloth).
It has an embroidery kamon.
There is a stamp of the designer's signature on right front panel.
It has a label of Ushikubi Tsumugi.
Stain on right sleeve part is small, but it is whitish and rather bothering. (A)
There is slight discoloration overall, but not so disturbing. (C)
Also, tiny patinas can be seen on center seam lining.

However, if these small flaws mentioned do not bother you, it still may be worn at formal occasions.
