This is a Showa period (1926- 1989) Meisen
Kimono with retro tree pattern, which is woven on the checkered background.
The vibrant pattern emerges out dynamically against the deep green background.
Textile is glossy silk and jinken (rayon) blends and has soft touch.
Lining is cotton.
Basting stitches remain and it seems to be just after cleaning.
It has flaws such as small snags and slight discoloration on the lining.
Please check detail photos.
Outside is slightly discolored overall, although it's not mentioned on the sheet and picture.
Also, wrinkles from wearing can be seen such as both front panels and bodice.
It has several flaws, but they are not disturbing for wearing.
Please enjoy its charming design of Showa period!
