This is a fabulous Furisode
kimono by Kansai Yamamoto, a famous designer in Japan.
It has various "Sakura"(cherry blossom) on lattice and 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) pattern on the shoulder and the bottom, which is dyed.
It has shidare-zakura (weeping cherry blossom) and traditional pattern on the plain part, and also shows modern impression.
The gold glazing and fine embroidery works are added on the main part for adding extra gorgeousness to it.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Though indicated as discoloration on the outside, it seems to be piled fabric which is sown.
Prominent discoloration cannot be seen.
It has some other flaws such as tiny stains and patinas.
Therefore, it is in very good conditions as a whole.
