This is a graceful Irotomesode
Kimono with a auspicious design of gorgeous pen case, 'Shou-chiku-bai'(auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom), treasures and flying crane, which is dyed.
Embroidery work and 'kinkoma'(golden outlining embroidery work) are applied on the pen case design gorgeously.
Textile is exquisite glossy silk with woven hail pattern, and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar).
Silk 'Hiyoku' (additional layer) is attached.
The bottom is slightly padded.
It has 5 dyed kamons(family crest).
Basting stitches remain and it seems to be just after cleaning.
Slight discoloration can be seen on the outside and inside.(A)
Stains (B) on the left front panel is not so large but noticeable.
Other stains are not noticeable.

*Though the photo shows uneven color dyes, the real base color is one color of light orange.
However, if stains on the left front panel do not bother you, it could be worn on formal occasions.
