This is a vintage Maru obi
with paisley on stripe pattern, which is woven.
It has an exotic atmosphere.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The tare corners are frayed and teared.
Both edges are smudged throughout.
It has slight discoloration overall, and fray-like stains on the wrong side. (A)
It seems like the original owner of this obi enjoyed many different styles of tying.
So that there are folding lines and wrinkles through out.
The tesaki end is teared.
(Though not indicated, the tare end is also teared along the creases.)
It has some other flaws such as slight stains and tiny snags.

Unfortunately, it may not have enough strength to be tied.
