This is a casual Tsume-Tsuzure Nagoya obi
with a design of 'matsu'(pine tree), mountain and charming people, which is woven.
Gold foil threads woven on the design are beautifully shining.
Textile is rather thick and has rather crisp touch.
One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed.
The obi has one side patterned at the front part when it is tied.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.
It has a smudge-like slight stain above Otaiko and it can be seen when tied.
Also, base color seems to be quite slightly discolored, although it is not indicated on the figure.
Please check detail photos.
However, if the stain of Otaiko does not bother you, the Obi can be tied!
Please enjoy its lovely fashion!
