This is a Houmongi
Kimono with seasonal flowers such as iris, 'Tachibana' (Japanese green citrus), 'Matsu'(pine tree) and 'Kaede'(maple leaf) design, which is dyed.
Its staid coloring gives elegant impression.
Textile is exquisite glossy silk and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar).
It has a dyed kamon(family crest).
Besides slight wear (A), it has slight discoloration on the base.
(C) seems to be a tiny irregular dyeing, and the similar flaws can be seen on other designed parts.
Most of other stains are tiny, and not disturbing so much.
It has other flaws such as smudges.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Although not shown on the figure, it has slight discoloration on the lining, and light brown linear stains on the lining of the right collar and the both sides seams, because the discoloration of threads were reflected.
*Though the photo shows uneven color dyes, the real base color is one color of gray.
It has flaws like this, however, please enjoy its graceful design!
