This is an elegant opened Nagoya obi
with a 'Botan'(peony) like flower motif, which is dyed with Itome Yuzen
The colorful leaves and warm-eaten spots remind us Kaga-style Yuzen
Textile is sioze silk with its characteristic soft and smooth texture.
There is a designer's seal on the 'taresaki'(end of wide part).
There is a snag on 'tare'(wide end), 4"(10cm) from the 'taresaki'(end of wide part). It could be hidden when you tie it.
There is fray on the lower 'otaiko'(square bow).
It could be not noticeable when you tie it.
There are stains on one side of 'maegara' (front patterned part).
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), the other clean 'maegara' (front patterned part) will be shown.
There are some other flaws such as stains and slight folding lines on the wrong side.
For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
Non of them bother to wear.
Enjoy wearing the elegant design.
