This is a Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with tasteful vessel and 'Karakusa'(arabesque) motifs , which are made of bagworm.
This piece is made by one of the most famous bagworm crafter in Japan.
Textile is exquisite Tsumugi
silk and has soft and nubby touch.
There is no maegara( front patterned part) on both sides.
There is a stamp of the designer near tare part.
Slight frays can be seen on the corners of the Tare end and the Tesaki, but they are not disturbing for wearing.
