This is an appealing Houmongi
Kimono with a design of 'ume'(Japanese plum)l, 'matsu'(pine tree), crane and bridge of waterfront scenery, which is dyed.
Gold foils give this piece modest gorgeousness.
Textile is exquisite silk with woven pattern and has soft touch.
The lapel is hiro-eri(unfolded).
It has a dye kamon.
Discoloration can be seen and collar and back bodice are a little prominent. (C)
Flaws of quite slight stains, wear and smudges can be seen.
Also, discoloration can be seen on the lining.

Also, slight wrinkles from wearing can be seen on bodice and around both sleeve seams, although it's not mentioned on the sheet and picture.
However, if rather prominent discoloration do not bother you, the Kimono is wearable at formal occasions.
