This is a refined Fukuro obi
with 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'hagi'(Japanese bush clover) on 'tanzaku'(strip of paper) pattern, which are elaborately woven.
The weaving style is called 'Shoha', the weft yarn wraps over the warp yarn to be thick and clogged.
Woven gold foil threads are eye-catching on the chic background.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
(Lining is not added inside.)
It has an extremely slight folding line.
There are whitish molds on wrong side, although it is indicated as stain on the figure.
Also, from Tare end to otaiko are rather prominently discolored.
It has tiny snags on Tare end.
