This is a polished Fukuro obi
with a design of 'mukai-dori'(pair birds) and 'karabana'(imaginary flower in China) on 'housouge'(large karabana flower), which is embroidered with fine Sagara embroidery work.
Gold foil threads woven on the background are elegantly shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Some foils that woven on the background are peeled off, although it's not mentioned on the sheet and picture.
It has peelings of foils also on Tare end, but they can be hidden, if it is neatly tied. (2nd overall photo)
There are other flaws such as folding lines and peelings of foils along the lines.
Please check detail photos.
However, it still can be tied!
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
