This is a Fukuro obi
with exotic birds and trees pattern, which is woven with Fukure-ori(matelasse) technique.
Textile is exquisite smooth silk.
It doesn't have a stiff lining inside.
*The real color of it is more grayish than blue.
Although it's not mentioned on the sheet and photo,
the 'taresaki'(end of wide part) end is opened about 2.7"(7cm) to check the signature and seal on there.
The stain on the second photo of flaw photos is the one on the x mark on the top row of the sheet.
Although there is no photo of it, the stain on 'maegara' (front patterned part) is relatively noticeable. It maybe noticeable when you tie it.
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), the stain will be hidden.
There are some other flaws.
For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
Although it has such flaws, it is still in wearable condition.
Enjoy wearing the chic design.
