This is a graceful Houmongi
Kimono with avibrant colored 'Kikyo'(Chinese bellflower) design, which is dyed with Itome-yuzen technique.
This is an attractive piece as its Kaga-yuzen technique.
The 'hakkake' (lower part of lining) has the same design.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
There is a stamp of the designer, Norio Katayama, on the right front panel.
It has tiny stains on both chest and on the back, and slight discoloration on both sides.
