This is a vintage summer Ro Maru obi
with lovely flowers and eye-catching bird pattern, which is dyed on the pale background.
Its colors of pattern are charming.
Main parts are finely embroidered.
Textile is transparent silk and has soft touch.
The otaiko pattern is set upside down, and it's to be tied in 'hikinuki' style.
Its length is rather short. 410cm=13'5".
Folding lines are remained from Tesaki to star mark of the figure, although they are slight. (However, it's not mentioned on the sheet and picture.)
Discoloration of Tare end will be rather noticeable, when tied. (the 2nd flaw photo)
There are several other flaws such as small patinas (the 5th flaw photo).
Please check detail photos.
If these flaws mentioned do not bother you, it still may be tied!
Please enjoy its retro and adorable vintage design!
