This is a exceptionally high-ranked Ushikubi Tsumugi
Technique of Ushikubi Tsumugi
is intangible cultural asset of Ishikawa prefecture.
It has used gold foil on fluid 'kiredori'(over lapping fabric scraps), which gives soft sparkle.
Textile is rather nubby touch but soft silk, and has elegant gloss.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar), and there is a stamp of the designer's signature on right front panel.
There are stains on left front panel and sleeves, and they are especially prominent on (B).
It has stains on lining besides wear and smudges, so please check detail photos.
Although there is no figure and photo, slight discoloration can be seen on lining.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn at formal occasions.
Please enjoy this refined design!
