This is a chirimen Nagoya obi
with elegant Tsujigahana
design on bright-color base, which is dyed.
The contrast between strong shibori (tie-dye) technique and its line drawing by Chinese ink is brilliant.
Textile is chirimen(crepe) silk and has textured touch.
Textile of tare seems to be a little shrinking, so textile of wrong side is pulled by its shrinking and it comes out to right side.
Although there is no figure and photo, slight smudges over the edge and overall slight discoloration can be seen.
Besides it has folding line, so please check detail photos.
Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy this elegant design!
