This is a shibori Nagoya obi
with flower on diamond motifs, which are dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
Koma embroidery work is added for the outline of the flowers.
Textile is sioze silk, and it has soft touch which is the feature of sioze silk.
Though not indicated, it has discoloration overall.
It has some other flaws such as whitish stains upper otaiko(square bow) and frays on the tare corners.
