This is an elegant Irotomesode
kimono with a design of plover on hazy mist, which is elaborately dyed with Itome-Yuzen technique on the chic purple background.
The living design is eye-catchy against the sedate atmosphere.
There is a stamp of the designer's signature of Kitamura Kazuhiko, a famous Kaga-Yuzen dyer.
It is sewn by Daimaru, one of the famous Japanese department store.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
It has three dyed kamon(family crest).
Silk hiyoku (additional layer) is attached.
It has basting stitches and seems just been cleaned.
Although it's not mentioned on the sheet and photo, there is very slight discoloration on outside and inside.
The color is relatively light on sleeve and back of outside.
Although it has worn-out feeling, it could be worn if these minor flaws do not bother you.
