This is a tranquil Houmongi
Kimono with shidare-zakura (weeping cherry blossom) pattern, which is dyed on the dynamical 'somewake'(dyed with separate design)background.
Glamorous butterfly is flying elegantly around the shidare-zakura (weeping cherry blossom).
'Kinkoma'(golden outlining embroidery work) and gold glazing on the pattern shine elegantly.
Textile is exquisite silk with woven 'Botan'(peony) arabesque pattern and has soft touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
It has quite slight wear and smudges.(A B)
Though not indicated, 'Douura' (upper lining) is slightly discolored.
It also has stains on 'hakkake' (lower part of lining).
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
It is still good enough to wear on formal occasions
Please enjoy this glamorous design.
