This is a graceful Houmongi
Kimono with 'matsukawa-hishi'(pine bark diamond) and 'Sakura'(cherry blossom) on wave pattern, which is dyed on the sedate light purple background.
Gold glazing and shibori(tie-dye) technique are added elegantly.
This item seems to be sewn by Takitai, one of the famous Japanese kimono maker.
Textile is exquisite soft silk and has soft and bumpy touch.
Beside the tiny stains (C), it has slight discoloration.
The stains on the back are rather slight.
It has some other flaws such as wear.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
However, if these flaws do not bother you, it could be worn on formal occasions.
Please enjoy its gorgeous design!
